Pastor

Dr. Steve Christner

Steve Christner graduated from Hyles-Anderson College in 1977 and 1978.  He and his wife Sally came to Calvary Baptist Church in December of 1981.  Here they have served faithfully with their four children for over 40 years.

In 1993 Pastor Christner was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from his Alma Mater. We are honored to have such a humble servant of God as our pastor.

Calvary Baptist Church has flourished under his expert wisdom and counsel. Many families and marriages have been blessed by Pastor Christner’s vast wealth of Bible knowledge and years of experience.�

Assistant Pastor

Joshua Montes

Joshua Montes graduated from Eastgate Baptist College in Hainesport, New Jersey in 2016. He and his wife Samatha along with their two boys came to Calvary Baptist Church in December of 2019 and Joshua serves as our assistant pastor.

Before coming to Calvary Baptist Church, Joshua served as assistant pastor at a Baptist church in Philadelphia from 2014-2019.  Joshua also serves in the International National guard.

Church Staff

Jared Billings

Jared Billlings graduated from Vision Baptist College in Berlin, New Jersey in May 2020. Jared joined the Calvary Baptist staff in March 2020.  He serves in many different areas of the ministry.

Secretary

Mary Crane

Mrs. Crane has faithfully served as our church and school secretary for over 20 years. Her sweet and kind personality is sure to make you feel welcome to ask any question you may have.
